Easter Time
This easter ended up landing on the same weekend as General Conference. We spent the weekend at home cuddled up on the couch and lounging in our pjs.
The Easter bunny found Ella and brought her a few goodies.
Our little girl is super busy and is on the go non stop. Watching General Conference in peace and quiet was a little difficult. But Every time there was a musical number Ella would jump up on the couch and just sit there listening very quietly. She loved the MoTab
THE BIG NEWS
In between sessions on Sunday I dressed up Ella in her Big Sister shirt and had her crawl toward Jason. This was how I told Jason the exciting news. He had no idea and was in complete shock. We then called all our family members to let them know the news. Due date is Oct 13, 2015 - Ella and baby will be 17 months apart. It will be a busy time in our family but we couldn't be more happy and grateful for this blessing.Friday, March 20, 2015
Mommy's Birthday
My birthday we went to my moms for dinner and cake. My sister Lisa made this adorable cake and it tasted as good as it looked. It was fun having my girl on my lap most of the day. Jason's mom came down the weekend before to celebrate with her as well.

Swimming Lessons
Ella started swim lessons this month. She loves the water. Mom and Dad took turns taking her to classes and enjoying time with her. She passed her "starfish" class and will be on to the next class next year. We love our little fish.

Christmas 2014 - Best one yet
I always love Christmas time but this year is going to be a lot of fun with our little girl. Every year I like to change my tree decorations a little. This year I am loving black, white and gold so I decided to go with that theme with my Christmas decorations.
I love seeing that 3rd stocking. I made it out of an old knit sweater.
Sunday before Christmas with our girl. She loves her Daddy.
Ella got to visit Auntie Melanie's Kindergarten Class when Santa visited. She didn't quite know what to think of Santa but she didn't even cry, which I was a little sad about. Who doesn't love a picture with Santa and a crying baby?!
Does Santa look familiar?
Christmas this year was at Troy and Andrea's beautiful home. We were only missing Blaze, Shane, Riley and Ryan and a few family dogs. Christmas Eve everyone got there around 5:30pm, we had appetizers for dinner which were so delicious. We then did the Nativity with the younger children. Ella was baby Jesus and it was the sweetest thing EVER. Lesha was Mary and carried her in and placed her in the manger. Ella just played with her toes the entire time while my Dad read from Luke 2. The other children were so revert and did a great job. We finished with singing Silent Night. I just love my family and the friendships that we share with each other. It was a full house but Troy and Andrea were so gracious to have all of us there.
After the Nativity we opened PJ's and then the children exchanged gifts with their cousins. Ella has the best cousins and they all love her so much. They all love to hold her and try and make her smile. It warms my heart to see how much they adore her. She will have lots of kids to play with and entertain her as she gets older.
Grandma and Ella Christmas Eve
She loved the wrapping paper :)
I love this little family of mine.
Youngest to Oldest. Love these siblings of mine
After the kids went to bed the adults stayed up and played a few different games. We also opened up our gifts to each other. Mel gave to Jason and I this year. She got us the coolest Calgary Flames blanket and got me the most darling black and white purse. This year we gave to Ryan and got him a rafting fishing seat. By his reaction I think he liked it.
CHRISTMAS MORNING - SANTA FOUND US
All the kids on the stairs waiting to go see what Santa brought them.
Jason's mom came later that night but we didn't open presents until the next day as Ella was already sound asleep. In the morning we had "Christmas morning wife saver". This is one of Jason's childhood memories of breakfast. We opened presents from Nana and had a great time.
We gave Nana a picture of Ella to hang in her house.
Nana made Ella the cutest quiet book. It had a page for each letter in her name. E-L-L-A-J-A-N-E. Ella loved it and it has kept her busy looking at it over the holidays. We also love taking it to church to keep her entertained.
Amongst all the presents Ella loved the wrapping paper best. She loved the sound of ripping the paper off the box and then trying to shove it in her mouth.
Jason has been asking and asking and asking for an automatic satellite dish for our trailer. I kept saying no, no, no as it was too expensive for us this year. Well his mom granted his wish and he couldn't have been more excited.
Nana stayed for 4 days during Christmas holidays. We watched movies, played Mexican Train and ate some delicious food. Another year has come and gone. It was such a fun Christmas with our little girl. We love her so much and she has brought so much joy into our life.
